Three Rivers Medical Associates, PA, has been providing exceptional quality care to the Midlands since 1993. What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card  and a list of any medications you are currently taking. If available, bring your medical history or records from previous providers to help us better understand your health needs.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

We encourage scheduling appointments in advance, but we do accept walk-ins for urgent issues based on availability. Please call ahead to confirm.

How do I contact the office after hours?

For non-emergency concerns, you can leave a message on our voicemail or send a message through our patient portal. For medical emergencies, please call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
